PRE-ORDERS

With each new clothing launch, ILOI will drop pre-order announcements. These announcements will include a pre-order deadline and instructions.  Shipping for pre-orders are not subject to regular shipping timelines. Customer who pre-order will be kept up-to-date about when their product will be received. 

 

SHIPPING

USA only for now. We are working to take ILOI worldwide so stay tuned. Shipping done through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping rates calculated based on your address upon checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for package processing before shipment. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Hey Queen! If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following considers & exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Discounted/sales items can be returned for store credit only.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Print your shipping label that you will receive by email
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided

Additional Information:

  • Return of refund can take up to 14 days in total to be complete depending on method of payment. Funds made via credit card will be returned to the original card of purchase.
  • If an item is to be returned for a refund, the purchaser will need to pay for postage
  • If an item is to be returned for an exchange, our company will pay the postage fees. Please email vogue@iloifashion.com with the subject "need exchange" for more instructions.
  • Lost or damaged returns will not be refunded.
